Why is drinking water so important to our health?
It’s pretty simple logic really. Our bodies are composed of 70% WATER. Water helps keep our muscles and skin toned, assists in weight loss, transports oxygen and nutrients to every cell in our body and regulates our body temperature. Is water “important ?” You bet !!
Water is the foundation of our body, and like any structure…if the foundation is of poor quality, strength and longevity will not be achieved. |
