Why are you selling this store?
We are selling because of time commitments. We have elderly parents and our schedule does not permit us the necessary time for family obligations. This store is a wholly owned and operated business by the principal owners. We are not a franchise nor do we have any restrictions or rules of what we might sell....or to whom we can sell to.
What is your current inventory holdings?
Currently, we are around $20,000.00 CDN
Is there any training involved?
Absolutely! We would train for a period of two weeks for a proper transition. But more than that, one of us would be prepared to work part-time at the store if requested. We are not “dumping” this store, we just need more time, and we would be happy to still be involved.
We have built this small business up to a nice operating level and would be willing to stay on part-time if asked. We are committed to what we are doing (and have done)!!
